| The kitchen is working hard and the whole pig is still in the oven. The taste of the aromatic herbs , thyme, sage and rosemary are stimulating the tastes. The hot July sun is still present and the cool drinks from the "Tasca" are more than necessary for our team. |
First the visitors got homemade liver pate, made from fresh pork liver and tasty liquids of the cooked meat from the oven.
