THE HOLY PORK.

The kitchen is working hard and the whole pig is still in the oven. The taste of the aromatic herbs , thyme, sage and rosemary  are stimulating the tastes. The hot July sun is still present and the cool drinks from the "Tasca"  are  more than  necessary for our team.

First the visitors got homemade liver pate, made from fresh pork liver and  tasty liquids of the cooked meat from the oven.
